We are a non-profit corporation,
authorized and registered in the State of New Hampshire made up of an Executive
Director, a twelve member board of Directors, and a host of associate members, all
of which are unpaid volunteers. We are a " service organization" and this
site is designed to introduce ourselves and to tell you about our mission and
how we intend to accomplish it.

There exists a great demand for
clothing and toys for the children of needy and underprivileged families in
Merrimack County; an issue that brought a group of concerned
citizens together to form The
Teddy Bear Fund.

The Teddy Bear Fund is working with local service groups as well as schools and state agencies to identify and clarify our
clientele. By operating in this manner it is our hope that we will be able
to act as a safety net for those children who might otherwise go unnoticed.
Our goal is to provide aid year-round, not only during the holidays.

Our funding is obtained through a combination of individual donations, business and corporate contributions and
a variety of fund raising events. We are seeking new clothing and toys
as well as monetary help.

We hope that we have created in you an interest in our group and the issue we are confronting. There is a giving
person in all of us that needs to be satisfied, and we hope that you see this as
an opportunity to reach out a helping hand.
